At 99Wholesale, we strive to ensure total satisfaction with every bulk order; however, if your merchandise is damaged or incorrect, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
